A second four-page appointment-of-counsel motion in case CV01-26-15094, this one captioned State of Idaho v. Bryan C. Kohberger and marked Defendant. It repeats the request for appointed counsel and sworn claims of indigency, lack of assets and legal training, and need for help completing pleadings. The pages are marked “IDOC Data Sensitivity Classification - L3 Restricted.” Kohberger signs on July 22, 2026; the clerk's stamp shows filing at 8:25 a.m. on July 27. The certificate of mailing again lists the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney, William Thompson, and Ashley Jennings.
An eight-page handwritten petition in civil case CV01-26-15094 seeking withdrawal of Bryan Kohberger's guilty plea. It references criminal case CR01-24-31665, a July 23, 2025 sentence, four capital-murder counts and felony burglary, and life without parole plus ten years. The petition alleges ineffective assistance, an unknowing or involuntary plea, unkept promises, threats by counsel, failure to disclose or review claimed exculpatory material, and misrepresentations concerning death row and prison conditions. A supporting affidavit expands those allegations. Kohberger requests in-forma-pauperis status and appointed counsel. These are a petitioner's disputed allegations; the PDF contains no response, evidentiary ruling, or decision. Page 8 is a scanned legal-mail envelope.
A two-page Moscow Police Department chain-of-custody report for case 22-M09903 and evidence 22M-1810, described as Item 11, a tan K-BAR sheath with a USMC logo found on a bed in a third-story bedroom. A six-page Latah County Sheriff's Office report for incident 23L-1392 documenting a KA-BAR knife and black sheath found on the ground near trees at the top of Ash Street near Spruce Street in Genesee, Idaho on March 19, 2023. The reporting party said children found it while playing. Deputy L. Whiting described a black knife with a handle wrapped in black tape-like material, a black sheath, and some rust and dust suggesting it had been in dirt for some time. Property record 1440 lists serial marking “1482 TAIWAN,” a nominal value of $1, and found-property status. The report does not connect this knife to case 22-M09903, the King Road scene, or evidence 22M-1810.

It states that the extension and final-invoice deadline are September 25, 2023; changes to the action plan require advance ODP approval; and a signed acknowledgment is due within 10 days. The second page states funding covers July through September 2023, requires a fifth-quarter report by October 15, 2023, and lists total original-plus-fifth-quarter allocation of $9,973.95. The acknowledgment fields in this copy are blank.

A redacted email package sent to ISP contact Leslie Lehman with an attached guest list and a submitter-created Ethan Chapin/Xana Kernodle timeline. It also references approximately 90 Nuart Theater security clips covering the sidewalk from 9 p.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Sunday. The timeline includes asserted sightings, calls and a 4:48 a.m. Snapchat; these are submitter recollections/leads rather than independently verified findings.
An email request seeking correspondence—not application paperwork—about the SFY2023 Moscow Police Department grant extension and $9,973.95 allocation. The requester's identifying information is redacted. It defines the intended scope of the production indexed in Record 035.
Othram shipping instructions plus duplicate shipment-receipt and chain-of-custody forms for submission/request 21128. The forms record one hand-delivered item from Dustin Blaker, received November 22, 2022 at 3:15 p.m., with no package damage checked. Visible case-ID and item-notes fields are blank, so the packet does not itself identify the evidence item or establish a connection to the knife sheath or another named exhibit.
Email chain in which Alisa Anderson says an earlier PDF was wrong or blank and resends the correct signed grant extension. The quoted chain documents ODP's fifth-quarter offer, Eric Warner's proposed extra plain-clothing party patrols through September 25, and Anderson's execution of the agreement.
Email chain around invoice FY2021000161. The embedded July 31 request seeks $1,833.48 for 27 party-patrol man-hours on the University of Idaho campus from April through June. On August 1, Sharlene Johnson says about $7,700 remains; on August 4, Eric Warner asks whether those funds remain available and whether an extension is coming.
A distinct export of the same reimbursement thread that adds Sharlene Johnson's August 4 reply: an extension agreement would go out, the current round had ended, and ODP had applied for another five years including law-enforcement grants. It repeats the $1,833.48 request and approximate $7,700 remaining-balance discussion.
Invoice FY2021000176 requests $291.30 for four overtime hours worked by Jacob Tesdahl on a University of Idaho party patrol from 10:15 p.m. September 1 to 2:15 a.m. September 2, 2023. Eric Warner's submission says officers did not sign up for 23 other available four-hour patrols. The packet shows submission/certification, not final approval or payment.

The personnel budget allocates $4,921.80 to interdiction and $5,052.15 to party patrols, total $9,973.95, with no other cost categories. It includes a June 17, 2022 award letter and the August 2023 extension acknowledgment. Planned/budgeted operations are not proof that each activity occurred.

A four-page Moscow Police evidence/property receipt documenting items collected at the 1122 King Road scene. Legible entries include fingerprint lifts, swabs, electronic devices, a knife sheath, clothing, and other items tied to specific rooms or exhibit numbers. Handwriting and redactions make some entries uncertain, so the original page images control over OCR.
Screenshots of text messages concerning scene security, a search warrant, evidence-photo storage under CJIS policy, documentation of window-lock positions, laboratory processing, cleanup of stained drywall, and obtaining elimination fingerprints from the two surviving roommates. The export contains gaps and does not establish the complete conversation chronology.
