Ada County Sheriff Dispatch CAD — Threat Report Concerning Kristi Goncalves

A three-page Ada County Sheriff computer-aided dispatch incident detail report for incident 25-0245748 and case ACS25-006518. The CAD entry says a Goncalves family attorney emailed Deputy James C. Revello concerning a threatening text sent to Kristi Goncalves after the Kohberger sentencing. According to the report narrative, the text was received on July 23, 2025 at 10:42 a.m. and claimed that the sender was in contact with a ‘wannabe serial killer’ in Moscow, Idaho and had provided that person with Kristi’s address. The originating phone number and part of the attorney identification are visibly redacted. The report says carrierlookup.com identified the number as a VoIP number through SINCH and that a second, redacted database search returned negative results. Revello created a low-priority THREAT-Threat Report at the Ada County Courthouse at 1:38:07 p.m. on July 24, obtained case number ACS25-006518 ten seconds later, and closed the response at 2:05:40 p.m. with the disposition ‘RPT-Report Taken.’ The CAD contains no attached copy of the text message, no sender identification, no underlying carrier record, and no documented independent confirmation that the sender actually knew another person or possessed Kristi Goncalves’s address. The archive preserves the original PDF, a checked editorial transcription, the visible redactions, and the distinction between what the CAD records and what remains unverified.

Ada County Sheriff Police Report — Threatening Messages to Kristi Goncalves

A 13-page Ada County Sheriff report, DR 2025-6518, documenting a threatening-text complaint made by Kristi Goncalves during Bryan Kohberger's July 23, 2025 sentencing. Deputy James Revello records that an unknown sender claimed to be near Goncalves in court, asserted Kohberger's innocence, referenced serial killers, and claimed to have supplied her address to a person in Moscow. The report traces investigative steps through carrier lookup, a TextMe preservation request and warrant, a Google warrant, account/device/billing observations, and IP-location analysis. It ultimately identifies Southeast England—particularly Kent—as the likely persistent service area and closes the case as “Other Jurisdiction.” Names, telephone numbers, emails, account IDs, IP addresses, and payment details are redacted. The sender's statements and the report's identity/location conclusions remain allegations and investigative inferences, not adjudicated facts.

A supporting affidavit expands those allegations. Kohberger requests in-forma-pauperis status and appointed counsel.
