The report describes December 5, 2022 follow-up by Heinle and Detective William Adams concerning an online photograph and a reported knife. It records interviewees’ accounts, a consented buccal swab, and photographs of knives. These are recorded investigative steps and witness statements; the report does not establish a connection between the photographed knives and the homicides.
