Email Chain — ODP Grant Extension Approved
A two-page email chain concerning the Moscow Police Department’s SFY2023 Partnerships for Success grant extension. On August 8, 2023, Idaho Office of Drug Policy administrator Sharlene Johnson notified Officer Eric Warner that the extension letter was available. On August 9, Warner told City of Moscow staff that the grant had been extended for a fifth quarter and said he hoped to use the additional period for extra plain-clothing party patrols, which he characterized as reducing campus intoxication calls and deterring underage drinking. Later that day, grants manager Alisa Anderson sent Johnson an executed extension agreement.
